This Christian Dior heathered black pullover sweater vest is from the 70s (by dating the tag). It's 100% lambswool (first shearing of a young sheep) and spun in Scotland. The vest itself was made in the U.S.
READ*** There was a pencil eraser size hole in the front ribbing that I have repaired. If you're not happy with this, the thread can easily be removed and a different repair given.
